Coriander Whey Soup
Ingredients
- 5 cup Whey
- 2 tbsp Oats powder
- ½ bunch Coriander leaves – washed, chopped
- 2-3 Baby Corn, cut into thin rings
- 2 tbsp Carrot, grated
- 3 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Green chilis , chopped finely (or to taste)
- ½ tbsp (or to taste) Pounded White/Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (or butter)
- * If Whey is not available use vegetable stock or water.
Notes
- A healthy, nourishing soup having a good amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals.
