Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya milk 200 ml*
  • 1 cup Milk 250ml *
  • 2 tbsp Ragi malt (Nachni satva)- 20-25 gms
  • 1 tbsp Oats heaped, coarsely powdered
  • 1 tbsp Organic jaggery powder or sugar 15gms or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Drinking chocolate powder (Hot chocolate) (Optional) 
  • 1 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
  • 1 pd Cardamom or vanilla essence-few drops
  • 2 tsp Almond slivers

Notes

METHOD:

  • Blend the ragi flour and oats powder with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan 
  • Add the drinking chocolate and mix well
  • Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
  • Add the sugar or jaggery
  • Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom pd/vanilla essence
  • Add the almond slivers, mix well
  • Serve hot
* You may use a combination of milks or any one as per your taste and availability. Almond milk may be used if desired
** Seasonal fruits like banana, apple or chickoo may be cut and small pieces can be added on top while serving
