Heat oil in a deep pan, add the oats powder and sauté for a few minutes
Add the grated ginger and 1 cup of water, simmer on low flame, stirring continuously
Add all the other vegetables and continue to simmer
Add the Whey, salt, pounded pepper and continue to simmer, keep stirring
When the soup has boiled well and has got a good consistency, not thick nor watery, then put off the flame and add the lemon juice, mix
Adjust the seasonings, add more lemon if needed, serve hot
