Coriander Whey Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cup Whey
  • 2 tbsp Oats powder
  • ½ bunch Coriander leaves - washed, chopped
  • 2-3 Baby Corn, cut into thin rings
  • 2 tbsp Carrot, grated
  • 3 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Green chilis , chopped finely (or to taste)
  • ½ tbsp (or to taste) Pounded White/Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (or butter)
  • * If Whey is not available use vegetable stock or water.

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep pan, add the oats powder and sauté for a few minutes
  • Add the grated ginger and 1 cup of water, simmer on low flame, stirring continuously
  • Add all the other vegetables and continue to simmer
  • Add the Whey, salt, pounded pepper and continue to simmer, keep stirring
  • When the soup has boiled well and has got a good consistency, not thick nor watery, then put off the flame and add the lemon juice, mix
  • Adjust the seasonings, add more lemon if needed, serve hot
