Ingredients
- •11/2 cup Rice
- •1/4 cup <strong>Whole green moong</strong>
- •1/4 Cup <strong>Urad dal, split with skin</strong>
- •2 tbsp <strong>Whole Methi seeds</strong>
- •2 tsp <strong>Ginger-green chili paste- </strong> ((optional))
- •1 tsp <strong>Salt </strong> (to taste)
Method
- 1Wash and soak the rice and dals separately in sufficient water for 5-6 hours
- 2Soak the methi seeds in a separate bowl with sufficient water for 5-6 hours
