SAVOURY VEGGIES AND GREENS FINGERS

Ingredients
- ½ cup Beetroot, peeled and grated
- ½ cup Carrot, peeled and grated
- ¼ cup American corn, boiled and crushed
- ¼ cup Boiled sweet potato
- ¼ cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese), crumbled
- 2 tbsp Cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Spinach leaves, finely chopped
- ½ cup Onion, chopped
- 1 inch Ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt- to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a little oil and add the ginger, Add the onions until they become transparent. Sauté the spinach and veggies until they are done.
- Add the paneer, salt, and all of the dried ingredients (mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder).
- Mix in the grated cheese. The mixture will become soft and sticky as a result of the cooking process. Turn off the heat.
- When the veg ball mixture has cooled, form them into finger-like shapes, flatten them down, and shallow fry them in a minimum amount of oil on a nonstick pan.
- The veggie-greens fingers can be fried in an air fryer
- Proceed with the rest of the mixture in the same manner. Serve hot with your favourite dip.
