Place the curd in a thin mesh strainer and drain off the water
In a bowl place all the cut vegetables and apples, chill for some time
Transfer the hung curd to a mixing bowl, combine it with pounded pepper, mustard, salt, and honey
Gently mix in the chilled vegetables, chopped celery and fruit into the curds mixture
Add the walnuts and raisins, adjust seasonings
Chill for some time
Serve in a lettuce leaf lined bowl
* Boiled cubed chicken can be added to the salad if desired
