Combine all of the ingredients listed under “ filling" in a bowl,adjust seasonings,keep aside
In a large mixing dish, combine the oat flour, wheat flour, carom seeds, and oil and knead into a smooth and malleable dough using sufficient warm water.
Cut the dough into eight equal pieces. Roll one portion of the dough into a chapati.
Heat the pan or tawa over medium heat and cook the chapati until light golden spots emerge on both sides.
Place some of the kabuli chana-curds-veggies filling on one side of the chapati.
Roll it out and use a toothpick to hold the chapatti together. The delicious and healthy kabuli chana wrap is ready to eat.
Note: You can also substitute the kabuli chana with paneer or tofu.
