Cut bread into 2 triangles or rectangles, apply a little butter on both the sides and toast crisp on a tava or in an oven.
Chop the onions, chillies (green), garlic and capsicum finely. Keep aside.
Boil the American corn kernels and mash them slightly.
Grate both the types of cheese and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a non- stick vessel, add butter, add the chopped onions, chilies (green) and sauté.
Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté.
Add the crushed corn kernels and mix well.
Mix corn flour in milk, add and cook for a while.
Add the chopped capsicum, mixed herbs and the grated processed cheese.
Add salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning
Spread little bit of the corn mixture on each slice of toasted bread and sprinkle some grated pizza cheese evenly on top.
Grill it in an oven till cheese melts or place on a hot tava, cover it and let it cook till the cheese melts.
Serve with tomato ketchup
