Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oats
  • cup Ripe papaya
  • cup Milk
  • Sugar or Honey - to taste
  • 2 tsp Soaked Garden cress seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the powdered oats with ¾ cup of water and ¾ cups of milk for 2-3 minutes, cool
  • Blend the peeled chopped ripe papaya with the cooled oats -milk mixture, sugar/honey and remaining milk in a blender
  • Adjust the thickness to your liking
  • Serve chilled or at normal room temperature after adding the soaked garden-cress seeds
