Soaked Garden cress seeds
Instructions
Cook the powdered oats with ¾ cup of water and ¾ cups of milk for 2-3 minutes, cool
Blend the peeled chopped ripe papaya with the cooled oats -milk mixture, sugar/honey and remaining milk in a blender
Adjust the thickness to your liking
Serve chilled or at normal room temperature after adding the soaked garden-cress seeds
