    Topping-

    • cup Paneer
    • 4 tbsp Seedless black dates finely chopped
    • 2 tbsp Walnuts or Almonds coarsely chopped
    • 3 tsp Tooti-Frooti bits for garnish optional
    • 1 tbsp Honey

    *BASE

    • 8-12 Digestive Biscuit or Marie biscuit, Good-Day or Cracker

    Instructions
     

    • Gently blend all the ingredients for TOPPING- in a mixing bowl and cool for some time
    • Spread required amount of TOPPING evenly on onto the biscuits, sprinkle some chopped cherry bits on top, chill for some time OR
    • Sandwich the TOPPING between two biscuits, chill in the refrigerator for some time
    • Serve immediately
