Apply very little butter on the bread slices and toast them on a non-stick tava for just a minute on each side and keep aside
Grind all the ingredients B to a smooth chutney without adding any water, adjust the taste and keep aside
In a non- stick pan, add 1 teaspoon oil and some butter, add ajwain and toss in the cubed paneer “Tikkas”, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, turn on either side and keep aside, do not saute for long
Add sufficient amount of the mint chutney to the paneer tikkas, gently mix and keep aside
To assemble the sandwich, apply a little cheese spread on each slightly toasted bread slice, now place around 4 minty paneer tikkas on each slice of bread
Arrange the capsicum cubes on the minty paneer layer
Sprinkle the cheese evenly on each of the paneer and capsicum laden bread slices, press down gently
Place on a greased oven tray and bake at 170degree Centigrade for5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted
Alternately, place on a greased non-stick tava, place a dome lid on top and toast on a very low flame till the cheese melts
Serve hot with sauce and beverage of your choice
