Grease a patty tin with some oil
Moisten and cut the bread slices with a biscuit cutter or katori to fit into the patty tin
Line the patty ti with the bread roundels, press down and brush a little butter on each
Bake at 175 Centigrade for 8-10 minutes or till crisp, keep aside
Heat oil in a no-stick pan, add the grated garlic and chopped spring onions, saute
Add the chopped capsicum, saute, add the boiled and slightly crushed American corn
Mix in the chili powder, mixed herbs, pepper powder, add the crumbled paneer, mix well
Add the sauce, salt and half of the olives, (chopped)
Adjust seasonings
