  • 8 slices Whole wheat or Multi grain bread
  • 1 cup Paneer (160 gms) crumbled
  • ¾ cup American corn boiled
  • ½ cup Capsicum chopped
  • ¾ cup Spring onion chopped, with greens
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves grated
  • ½ tsp Chili powder or to taste
  • ½ tsp Pounded pepper
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • tbsp Thai chili sauce or hot & sweet sauce or to taste (optional)
  • ¼ cup Pizza Cheese
  • 8 nos. Canned Olives optional
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt- to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grease a patty tin with some oil
  • Moisten and cut the bread slices with a biscuit cutter or katori to fit into the patty tin
  • Line the patty ti with the bread roundels, press down and brush a little butter on each
  • Bake at 175 Centigrade for 8-10 minutes or till crisp, keep aside
  • Heat oil in a no-stick pan, add the grated garlic and chopped spring onions, saute
  • Add the chopped capsicum, saute, add the boiled and slightly crushed American corn
  • Mix in the chili powder, mixed herbs, pepper powder, add the crumbled paneer, mix well
  • Add the sauce, salt and half of the olives, (chopped)
  • Adjust seasonings

TO ASSEMBLE:

  • Scop out a tablespoon full of the paneer-corn filling into each of the baked bread roundel, sprinkle some grated cheese on top of each filled bread -cup
  • Place a ring of olive on each corn-cup, bake for 5-7 minutes till cheese melts
  • Serve immediately with beverage of your choice
