Ingredients
  

Ingredients A:

  • ½ cup Avocado scooped pulp
  • ½ cup Kabuli channa, boiled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion green part chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, small cubes
  • Bell peppers yellow, green - 2 tbsp, small cubes
  • Chopped green chili - to taste
  • 1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
  • Salt & pepper- to taste
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

Ingredients B:

  • 4-6 slices Multi grain bread toasted, each cut into 4
  • 2 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients A in a big bowl adjust the condiments to taste and keep aside
  • Apply a little butter(optional) on each slice of bread and toast till crisp on a tava
  • Cut each slice into two strips
  • Apply sufficient amount of filling on each toasted strip
  • Garnish with rings of pickled Jalapeno or olive if desired and serve immediately.
