Ingredients A:

Avocado
scooped pulp

Kabuli channa, boiled and crushed

Spring onion
green part chopped

Tomato, small cubes
Bell peppers
yellow, green - 2 tbsp, small cubes
Chopped green chili - to taste

Roasted sesame seeds

Crushed roasted peanuts
Salt & pepper- to taste

Ingredients B:

Multi grain bread
toasted, each cut into 4

Butter
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients A in a big bowl adjust the condiments to taste and keep aside
Apply a little butter(optional) on each slice of bread and toast till crisp on a tava
Cut each slice into two strips
Apply sufficient amount of filling on each toasted strip
Garnish with rings of pickled Jalapeno or olive if desired and serve immediately.
