Rajgira Honey Almond And Banana Custard

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Soya milk
  • 2 medium Banana
  • 2 tbsp Almonds powdered
  • 2 tbsp Rajgira powder
  • Honey - to taste approx. 2-3teaspoon
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds previously soaked for 5 minutes in water (optional)
  • Nuts & raisins for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix milk, Soya milk, in a cooking pan
  • Add the rajgira powder, blend well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it
  • Add the almond powder and honey, stir
  • Mix in the soaked chia seeds,
  • Cook for a minute, put off the flame, check for sweetness, adjust it to taste
  • Pour out in to a bowl, cool, serve topped with slices of banana, garnished with nuts and raisins.
  • * Porridge can be served hot or cold. You may adjust the thickness of the porridge to your preference.
