Mix milk, Soya milk, in a cooking pan
Add the rajgira powder, blend well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it
Add the almond powder and honey, stir
Mix in the soaked chia seeds,
Cook for a minute, put off the flame, check for sweetness, adjust it to taste
Pour out in to a bowl, cool, serve topped with slices of banana, garnished with nuts and raisins.
* Porridge can be served hot or cold. You may adjust the thickness of the porridge to your preference.
