Peanut Coriander Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Chana Daliya
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves clean, wash, chop
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt- to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind the roasted peanuts and chana-dal Daliya to a powder,
  • Add the coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, sugar and lemon juice
  • Grind to a chutney consistency, taste and adjust seasonings
  • Serve with “Spinach Panki” or any other savory snack

Notes

  • Because chana dal is abundant in fibre, protein, and folates, it is a nutritious meal.
