Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya milk
  • 3 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Ragi malt Nachni satva - 4 tablespoon
  • 4 tbsp Jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Garden-cress seeds soaked in water for 7-10 minutes
  • 1 Cardamom or vanilla essence-few drops
  • 4 tsp Almond slivers
  • 4 tsp Chopped dates

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
  • Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
  • Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom pd/vanilla essence
  • Put off the flame, stir in the honey
  • Serve hot into bowls garnished with almond slivers and chopped dates
