Garden-cress seeds
soaked in water for 7-10 minutes

Cardamom
or vanilla essence-few drops

Instructions
Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom pd/vanilla essence
Put off the flame, stir in the honey
Serve hot into bowls garnished with almond slivers and chopped dates
