Wash little millet and keep aside
In a deep pan, heat the oil, add all the whole spices and the onions
Saute till golden in colour
Add the little millet, salt and saute for a minute
Add 2 cups of warm water, cover and cook till done and fluffy
Remove the whole spices and keep aside
Heat oil in a deep pan, add the sliced onions, saute till golden
Add ginger-garlic paste, saute,
Mix in the spices and tomatoes, and fry for a while
Add the soya granules which were soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and squeezed, add salt to taste, cover and cook for few minutes
Add the chopped spinach and saute for a few minutes
Add the boiled green peas, curds and saute
Mix in the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies
Mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, keep aside
