Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Beetroot, peeled and grated
  • ½ cup Carrot, peeled and grated
  • ¼ cup American corn, boiled and crushed
  • ¼ cup Boiled sweet potato
  • ¼ cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese), crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt- to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat a little oil and add the ginger, Add the onions until they become transparent. Sauté the spinach and veggies until they are done.
  • Add the paneer, salt, and all of the dried ingredients (mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder).
  • Mix in the grated cheese. The mixture will become soft and sticky as a result of the cooking process. Turn off the heat.
  • When the veg ball mixture has cooled, form them into finger-like shapes, flatten them down, and shallow fry them in a minimum amount of oil on a nonstick pan.
  • The veggie-greens fingers can be fried in an air fryer
  • Proceed with the rest of the mixture in the same manner. Serve hot with your favourite dip.
