In a skillet, heat a little oil and add the ginger, Add the onions until they become transparent. Sauté the spinach and veggies until they are done.
Add the paneer, salt, and all of the dried ingredients (mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder).
Mix in the grated cheese. The mixture will become soft and sticky as a result of the cooking process. Turn off the heat.
When the veg ball mixture has cooled, form them into finger-like shapes, flatten them down, and shallow fry them in a minimum amount of oil on a nonstick pan.
