Instructions
Grind the chana dal Dalia
Add the remaining ingredients : “A” and grind adding a little water
Adjust the seasonings
Transfer the chutney into a serving bowl
Give a “Vagar” using Ingredients : “B”
Serve with idlis, Dosas or other snacks
