Protein Punch Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup* Soya bean
  • ½ cup Urad dal
  • ½ cup Moong dal
  • ½ cup Rice
  • ½ cup Chana dal
  • 1 tsp Methi seeds
  • 2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • Salt–to-taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Soak soya bean in warm water overnight
  • Drain and sprout
  • Soak rice, moong dal and urad dal and Chana dal in water adding the methi seeds
  • Grind the sprouted soya beans, rice, moong dal and urad dal and Chana dal to a smooth paste
  • Add ginger-chilli paste, jeera, salt and sugar, mix well
  • Keep aside for 20-25 minutes
  • Heat a no-stick pan, spread a ladle full of the batter like a dosa, drizzle some oil on the sides, turn, cook till done.
  • Serve hot with chutney of your choice

Notes

*Can use soya flour and grind with other Ingredients : in place of soaked soya beans
Finely chopped onions, coriander leaves and chilies can also be added to the dosa. Serve with Coconut Garlic Chutney.
