Heat oil and butter in a kadai
Add ajwain, onion, garlic and saute
When onions are golden brown add the finely chopped blanched tomatoes
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes till pulpy and smooth
Soak the soya granules in hot salted water for ten minutes, squeeze, and add to the sauted tomatoes
Add chopped capsicum and celery
Add the corn, mix well
Add salt, chili flakes and boiled macaroni
Mix, add cheese, adjust seasoning
Add ketchup and mix
Serve hot
