Soya-Macaroni Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Boiled macaroni
  • ½ Cup Soya granules
  • 4 medium Blanched chopped tomato
  • 4 tbsp Boiled American corn
  • 4 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 Chopped onion
  • 6-7 Cloves Grated garlic
  • 2 stalk Chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 10 tsp Chili flakes or chili powder
  • Salt- to taste
  • 3 tsp Hot and Sweet ketchup
  • 3-4 pinch Ajwain

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in a kadai
  • Add ajwain, onion, garlic and saute
  • When onions are golden brown add the finely chopped blanched tomatoes
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes till pulpy and smooth
  • Soak the soya granules in hot salted water for ten minutes, squeeze, and add to the sauted tomatoes
  • Add chopped capsicum and celery
  • Add the corn, mix well
  • Add salt, chili flakes and boiled macaroni
  • Mix, add cheese, adjust seasoning
  • Add ketchup and mix
  • Serve hot
  • SERVE WITH A MILKSHAKE MADE OF SEASONAL FRUIT
