Coriander leaves , wash, coarsely chop

Parsley , wash coarsely chop

Instructions
Alternately, chop all the herbs and garlic-onion very finely and mix well adding the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil
Adjust the spice and tart/sour as per your taste
Sauce can be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator for about a week
Chimichuri can be used as an accompaniment or to braise
1/3rd of the total quantity of the sauce can be used in the above receipes
