Instructions
In a non-stick pan, melt the ghee and stir in the almonds, pistachios, walnuts, flax seeds, soaked garden cress seeds, and sesame seeds.
Then add the dates and keep stirring constantly for 5 to 7 minutes till the mixture forms a ball
Cool and divide the mixture into four equal sections and shape into elongated roll
Roll into harden the poppy seeds and desiccated coconut and refrigerate for 15 – 20 mins
