Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Coconut scraped
  • ½-¾ cup Dates, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Avla candy, chopped
  • ½ cup Jaggery, scraped
  • 2 tbsp Garden - cress seeds- previously soaked for ten minutes in water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Cardamon powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Rose water(optional)
  • ½ tbsp Ghee
