Oats Bajra Chocolate Pops

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oats
  • ¼ cup Wheat flour
  • ¼ cup Bajra flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Dark chocolate, grated
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, coarsely crushed
  • 2 tbsp Cashewnuts/Almonds, chopped
  • Few pinches - Cinnamon/ Nutmeg Powder
  • 4 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the three flours.
  • Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the flours and roast on a very low flame for 5 – 7 minutes
  • Add the chopped nuts, roasted seeds and cinnamon powder, put off the flame
  • Mix in the powdered sugar and the grated chocolate
  • Add the vanilla essence and blend well
  • When almost cool, portion out into paper cups using a measuring tablespoon. Alternatively, shape into balls or pedhas. Sprinkle the crushed Pumpkin seeds on each.
  • Refrigerate for 10 -15 mins before serving
