Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the flours and roast on a very low flame for 5 – 7 minutes
Add the chopped nuts, roasted seeds and cinnamon powder, put off the flame
Mix in the powdered sugar and the grated chocolate
Add the vanilla essence and blend well
When almost cool, portion out into paper cups using a measuring tablespoon. Alternatively, shape into balls or pedhas. Sprinkle the crushed Pumpkin seeds on each.
Refrigerate for 10 -15 mins before serving
