Double-Decker paneer Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices Multi-grain/Whole wheat bread
  • 60 gms Paneer
  • 1 slice Cheese
  • 1 small Onion, sliced
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 small Boiled potato
  • 2-3 tsp Pudina chutney*
  • 2-3 tsp Hot & Sweet sauce
  • Pounded pepper- to taste
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt-to-taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter and the sliced onions, saute for a minute., add the crumbled paneer, a little salt, pepper powder and the hot -sweet sauce
  • Mix well taste, adjust seasonings and keep aside

To Assemble

  • On the first slice apply a little butter and some pudina chutney, place the cheese slice over it and cover with the second slice of bread
  • Spread the paneer-sauce mixture on the second slice, cover with the third slice
  • Apply a little butter on the third slice, spread some pudina chutney on it, place rings of tomato and boiled potato slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on it
  • Apply some pudina chutney to the fourth slice and cover the tomato-potato layer with it
  • Cut into triangles and serve with a glass of milk-shake
