Double-Decker Eggs & Salami Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slice Multi-grain/Whole wheat bread
  • 1 Boiled Egg
  • 3 round slices Salami, preferably spiced, sauté a little if desired.
  • 2 tsp Cheese spread (low fat), preferably of a flavor of your choice
  • 1 Onion- small, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, small
  • 1 Boiled potato, small
  • 2-3 Olives, cut into rings
  • 1-2 tsp Mustard sauce
  • 2-3 tsp Hot & Sweet sauce
  • Pounded pepper-to taste
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt-to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter and the sliced onions, saute for a minute., add the grated boiled egg, a little salt, pepper powder and the hot -sweet sauce
  • Mix well taste, adjust seasonings and keep aside

To Assemble

  • On the first slice apply a little butter and mustard sauce, place the salami slices over it, add few chopped olives and cover with the second slice of bread
  • Spread the boiled egg-sauce mixture on the second slice, cover with the third slice
  • Apply a little cheese spread on the third slice, place rings of tomato and boiled potato slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on it
  • Apply some butter and mustard sauce to the fourth slice and cover the tomato-potato layer with it
  • Cut into triangles and serve with a glass of milk-shake
