Nachni Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya milk
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ragi malt-(Nachni satva)
  • ½ tbsp Organic jaggery powder
  • 2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
  • 1 Cardamon or vanilla essence-few drops
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp Almond slivers

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
  • Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
  • Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom powder/vanilla essence
  • Add the jaggery, cocoa, almond slivers, mix well
  • Serve hot
