In a mixing bowl, add all Ingredients “A” and blend well using a whisk to a batter consistency adding sufficient water, keep aside
In another bowl, beat the eggs and add all Ingredients “B” except the oil
TO ASSEMBLE
Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan, pour a Ladle full of the millet mix batter and spread evenly, drizzle some oil on the sides
Cook for a while, turn over, and cook till almost done
Spread some of the egg-veggies mixture on top of the millet pan-cake, cook covered for a minute, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, then fold over the four sides to form a packet-like shape
Cook for a while, serve hot with sauce/ketchup and a glass of milk shake
