In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients “A” and blend well using a whisk to a batter consistency adding sufficient water, keep aside
Heat oil in a non–stick pan, saute the onions for a while
Add slightly mashed potatoes and green peas, add chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and chopped green chilies,
Mix in the sauce, salt and pepper, crumbled paneer and adjust seasonings and keep aside
TO ASSEMBLE
Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of the millet mix batter and spread evenly, drizzle some oil on the sides
Cook for a while, turn over and cook till almost done
Spread some of the paneer-veggies mixtures on top of the millet pancake, cook covered for a minute, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, then fold over the four sides to form a packet like a shape
Cook for a while, serve hot with sauce/ketchup and a glass of milk-shake
