Ingredients

Milk (you may use Almond or Soya milk if preferred)

Skim milk powder/ Whey powder

Chiku (Sapota)- (peel, cut into bits)

tbsp
Dates syrup* / Honey

tsp
Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 5-7 minutes) Vanilla essence-few drops (optional)
*You can add 5-6 chopped black seedless dates
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency in a blender
Transfer into a broad glass or a deep bowl
Serve garnished with nuts of your choice
May serve chilled if desired
