Chiku Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml Milk (you may use Almond or Soya milk if preferred)
  • 1 tbsp Skim milk powder/ Whey powder
  • 150 gms Chiku (Sapota)- (peel, cut into bits)
  • 1 tbsp Dates syrup* / Honey
  • 2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 5-7 minutes) Vanilla essence-few drops (optional)
  • *You can add 5-6 chopped black seedless dates

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency in a blender
  • Transfer into a broad glass or a deep bowl
  • Serve garnished with nuts of your choice
  • May serve chilled if desired
