Mix the skim milk powder well into warm milk and set curds using a starter
Place the cut apples, grapes, pomegranate, cucumber, capsicum in a bowl and chill for a while
In another bowl combine the thick curds, crushed pepper corns, honey, salt, mustard powder, and celery
Add the chilled fruits and vegetables to the curd mixture, add walnuts and raisins, adjust the seasonings
Transfer into a serving dish
Serve with crushed low fat “Khakra” or toasted bread crotons
