Fruity Smoothie Immuno Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Apples (cut into cubes)
  • ¼ cup Black Grapes (cut into two)
  • ¼ cup Green Grapes (cut into two if large)
  • 2 tbsp Red pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup Capsicum (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Cucumber (cubed)
  • cup Thick curds*
  • 2 tbsp Skim milk powder*
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts, crushed
  • 15 gms Raisins
  • ½ tsp Crushed pepper-corns
  • ¼ tsp Mustard powder
  • 2 tsp Celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp Honey
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the skim milk powder well into warm milk and set curds using a starter
  • Place the cut apples, grapes, pomegranate, cucumber, capsicum in a bowl and chill for a while
  • In another bowl combine the thick curds, crushed pepper corns, honey, salt, mustard powder, and celery
  • Add the chilled fruits and vegetables to the curd mixture, add walnuts and raisins, adjust the seasonings
  • Transfer into a serving dish
  • Serve with crushed low fat “Khakra” or toasted bread crotons
  • You may use seasonal fruits and vegetables of your choice
