Dalia-Peanut Curds Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Roasted Chana Daliya
  • ½-¾ cup Curds
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves, clean, wash, chop
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon, juice
  • Salt- to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind the roasted peanuts and chana-dal Daliya to a powder,
  • Add the coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, sugar and lemon juice
  • Grind to a chutney consistency, add curds and blend well, taste and adjust seasonings
  • Serve with any savory snack
