Paneer Protein Punch

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml milk(1 tall glass)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey -to taste, approx.
  • 3 tbsp Sitaphal pulp* -(custard apple)
  • 2 tsp Milk masala (optional, can add few pinches of cardamom pd if desired)
  • 3-4 Blanched almonds for garnish
  • Bits of chopped fresh fruits or dry fruits can be used for garnish
  • * Can use banana or avocado or tender coconut malai

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the Ingredients together in a blender except the garnish
  • Serve in a deep bowl, garnished with fresh fruits or dry fruits of your choice
  • May be served chilled if desired.
