Fruity Nutty Kulfi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas, Ripe, peeled
  • 2 small Chickoo, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Skim milk powder
  • 2 tbsp Dates ,deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 4-5 drops Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except a few chopped nuts to the blender and make a puree
  • Mix in the reserved chopped nuts to the puree
  • Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
  • Unmould the kulfis by gently rubbing the mould with napkins
  • Serve immediately
