Papaya Delite(Smoothie)
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oats
- 1¼ cup Ripe papaya
- 2½ cup Milk
- Sugar or Honey - to taste
- 2 tsp Soaked Garden cress seeds
Instructions
- Cook the powdered oats with ¾ cup of water and ¾ cups of milk for 2-3 minutes, cool
- Blend the peeled chopped ripe papaya with the cooled oats -milk mixture, sugar/honey and remaining milk in a blender
- Adjust the thickness to your liking
- Serve chilled or at normal room temperature after adding the soaked garden-cress seeds
Notes
- This recipe has fiber content from oats and papaya whereas protein from milk making it a healthy and nutritious smoothie.
