Avocado Egg And Veggies Toastidas
Ingredients
Ingredients A:
- ½ cup Avocado, scooped pulp
- 2 Boiled- eggs coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp Spring onion green part chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato, small cubes
- 2 tbsp Bell peppers,yellow, green small cubes
- Chopped green chili - to taste
- 1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
- Salt & pepper- to taste
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Ingredients B:
- 4-6 slices Multi grain bread toasted, each cut into 4
- 2 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients A in a big bowl adjust the condiments to taste and keep aside
- Apply a little butter(optional) on each slice of bread and toast till crisp on a tava
- Cut each slice into two strips
- Apply sufficient amount of filling on each toasted strip
- Garnish with rings of pickled Jalapeno or olive if desired and serve immediately.
