Rajgira Honey Almond And Banana Custard
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Soya milk
- 2 medium Banana
- 2 tbsp Almonds powdered
- 2 tbsp Rajgira powder
- Honey - to taste approx. 2-3teaspoon
- 2 tsp Chia seeds previously soaked for 5 minutes in water (optional)
- Nuts & raisins for garnish optional
Instructions
- Mix milk, Soya milk, in a cooking pan
- Add the rajgira powder, blend well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it
- Add the almond powder and honey, stir
- Mix in the soaked chia seeds,
- Cook for a minute, put off the flame, check for sweetness, adjust it to taste
- Pour out in to a bowl, cool, serve topped with slices of banana, garnished with nuts and raisins.
- * Porridge can be served hot or cold. You may adjust the thickness of the porridge to your preference.
