Chiku Delight
Ingredients
- 300 ml Milk (you may use Almond or Soya milk if preferred)
- 1 tbsp Skim milk powder/ Whey powder
- 150 gms Chiku (Sapota)- (peel, cut into bits)
- 1 tbsp Dates syrup* / Honey
- 2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 5-7 minutes) Vanilla essence-few drops (optional)
- *You can add 5-6 chopped black seedless dates
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency in a blender
- Transfer into a broad glass or a deep bowl
- Serve garnished with nuts of your choice
- May serve chilled if desired
