CHOCORIDGE
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya milk 200 ml*
- 1 cup Milk 250ml *
- 2 tbsp Ragi malt (Nachni satva)- 20-25 gms
- 1 tbsp Oats heaped, coarsely powdered
- 1 tbsp Organic jaggery powder or sugar 15gms or to taste
- 1 tbsp Drinking chocolate powder (Hot chocolate) (Optional)
- 1 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
- 1 pd Cardamom or vanilla essence-few drops
- 2 tsp Almond slivers
Notes
METHOD:
- Blend the ragi flour and oats powder with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
- Add the drinking chocolate and mix well
- Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
- Add the sugar or jaggery
- Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom pd/vanilla essence
- Add the almond slivers, mix well
- Serve hot
