Biscuit Bonanza
Ingredients
Ingredients:
Topping-
- 1½ cup Paneer
- 4 tbsp Seedless black dates finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Walnuts or Almonds coarsely chopped
- 3 tsp Tooti-Frooti bits for garnish optional
- 1 tbsp Honey
*BASE
- 8-12 Digestive Biscuit or Marie biscuit, Good-Day or Cracker
Instructions
- Gently blend all the ingredients for TOPPING- in a mixing bowl and cool for some time
- Spread required amount of TOPPING evenly on onto the biscuits, sprinkle some chopped cherry bits on top, chill for some time OR
- Sandwich the TOPPING between two biscuits, chill in the refrigerator for some time
- Serve immediately
Notes
- This recipe has goodness of protein from Paneer whereas dates are a good source of fibre, antioxidants and phytonutrients
- Walnuts add quality to this by providing immune-boosting and brain-protective omega 3 fatty acids.
