Fruity Nutty Kulfi
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas, Ripe, peeled
- 2 small Chickoo, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Skim milk powder
- 2 Dates ,deseeded and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Walnuts
- 4-5 drops Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except a few chopped nuts to the blender and make a puree
- Mix in the reserved chopped nuts to the puree
- Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
- Unmould the kulfis by gently rubbing the mould with napkins
- Serve immediately
Notes

- Walnuts add quality to this by providing immune-boosting and brain-protective omega 3 fatty acids.
- Fruits and dates are a good source of fibre, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
