Nachni Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya milk
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Ragi malt-(Nachni satva)
- ½ tbsp Organic jaggery powder
- 2 tsp Garden-cress seeds (soaked in water for 7-10 minutes)
- 1 Cardamon or vanilla essence-few drops
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
- 2 tsp Almond slivers
Instructions
- Blend the ragi flour with soymilk and milk in a cooking pan
- Boil the mixture together for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously
- Add the soaked garden-cress seeds, cardamom powder/vanilla essence
- Add the jaggery, cocoa, almond slivers, mix well
- Serve hot
