OATS BAJRA CHOCOLATE POPS

Oats Bajra Chocolate Pops
Ingredients
- ½ cup Oats
- ¼ cup Wheat flour
- ¼ cup Bajra flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate, grated
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, coarsely crushed
- 2 tbsp Cashewnuts/Almonds, chopped
- Few pinches – Cinnamon/ Nutmeg Powder
- 4 drops Vanilla Essence
- 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix all the three flours.
- Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the flours and roast on a very low flame for 5 – 7 minutes
- Add the chopped nuts, roasted seeds and cinnamon powder, put off the flame
- Mix in the powdered sugar and the grated chocolate
- Add the vanilla essence and blend well
- When almost cool, portion out into paper cups using a measuring tablespoon. Alternatively, shape into balls or pedhas. Sprinkle the crushed Pumpkin seeds on each.
- Refrigerate for 10 -15 mins before serving
