- Detailed anthropometric, Body Composition, Clinical and Dietary assessments. Biochemical assessments advised as required
- Sharing of diet plan and 10 key recipes by mail
- Individual counselling for meal plan clarification and to initiate behaviour change
- One midterm meeting with senior Nutritionist for follow up and inputs
- One online meeting and follow up at the end of the programme - online or in-person as preferred.

3 months Plan
A three Month Programme that hand holds, guides and supports you to:
