Millet & Paneer
Ingredients
Ingredient A
- 2 tbsp Jowar flour
- 2 tbsp Amaranth flour-(Rajgira)
- 2 tbsp Oats flour
- 2 tbsp Chick pea flour- (Besan)
- 1 tbsp Soya flour
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- ¾ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Ajwain, crushed
- Oil for drizzling
- Salt- to taste
Ingredient B
- 1 small Boiled potato
- 2 tbsp Paneer, crumbled
- ½ cup Green peas, boiled
- 1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped
- 2 tbsp Onion- chopped
- 3 tsp Hot & sweet sauce
- 2 Green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
- ¼ tsp Pounded pepper
- 1 tbsp Cheese, grated
- 2-3 tsp Oil
- Salt-to-taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients “A” and blend well using a whisk to a batter consistency adding sufficient water, keep aside
- Heat oil in a non–stick pan, saute the onions for a while
- Add slightly mashed potatoes and green peas, add chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and chopped green chilies,
- Mix in the sauce, salt and pepper, crumbled paneer and adjust seasonings and keep aside
- TO ASSEMBLE
- Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of the millet mix batter and spread evenly, drizzle some oil on the sides
- Cook for a while, turn over and cook till almost done
- Spread some of the paneer-veggies mixtures on top of the millet pancake, cook covered for a minute, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, then fold over the four sides to form a packet like a shape
- Cook for a while, serve hot with sauce/ketchup and a glass of milk-shake

- ¾ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Ajwain, crushed

- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion- chopped
- 2 Green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves-chopped
- ¼ tsp Pounded pepper
- Salt to taste
- Oil-for drizzling
Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add all Ingredients “B” except the oil
TO ASSEMBLE
- Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan, pour a Ladle full of the millet mix batter and spread evenly, drizzle some oil on the sides
- Cook for a while, turn over, and cook till almost done
- Spread some of the egg-veggies mixture on top of the millet pan-cake, cook covered for a minute, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, then fold over the four sides to form a packet-like shape
- Cook for a while, serve hot with sauce/ketchup and a glass of milk shake
