Double-Decker paneer Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 Slices Multi-grain/Whole wheat bread
- 60 gms Paneer
- 1 slice Cheese
- 1 small Onion, sliced
- 1 small Tomato
- 1 small Boiled potato
- 2-3 tsp Pudina chutney*
- 2-3 tsp Hot & Sweet sauce
- Pounded pepper- to taste
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt-to-taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter and the sliced onions, saute for a minute., add the crumbled paneer, a little salt, pepper powder and the hot -sweet sauce
- Mix well taste, adjust seasonings and keep aside
To Assemble
- On the first slice apply a little butter and some pudina chutney, place the cheese slice over it and cover with the second slice of bread
- Spread the paneer-sauce mixture on the second slice, cover with the third slice
- Apply a little butter on the third slice, spread some pudina chutney on it, place rings of tomato and boiled potato slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on it
- Apply some pudina chutney to the fourth slice and cover the tomato-potato layer with it
- Cut into triangles and serve with a glass of milk-shake

Ingredients
- 4 slice Multi-grain/Whole wheat bread
- 1 Boiled Egg
- 3 round slices Salami, preferably spiced, sauté a little if desired.
- 2 tsp Cheese spread (low fat), preferably of a flavor of your choice
- 1 Onion- small, sliced
- 1 Tomato, small
- 1 Boiled potato, small
- 2-3 Olives, cut into rings
- 1-2 tsp Mustard sauce
- 2-3 tsp Hot & Sweet sauce
- Pounded pepper-to taste
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt-to taste
Instructions

- Spread the boiled egg-sauce mixture on the second slice, cover with the third slice
- Apply a little cheese spread on the third slice, place rings of tomato and boiled potato slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on it
- Apply some butter and mustard sauce to the fourth slice and cover the tomato-potato layer with it

Coriander- Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mint leaves- cleaned, washed
- 1 ½ cup Coriander leaves- cleaned washed
- 3-4 Green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion, chopped
- 6-8 Garlic, flakes
- 1 tsp Rock Salt
- ½ tsp Jeera powder
- 1 tbsp or to taste Lemon juice
- Salt- to taste, if needed
