Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats (167 gm)
  • 1 tbsp dry coconut
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp peanuts (30 gm)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, roast the oats until they are crisp and dry
  • In another wok, add drycoconut and sliced green chilies and saute for a while.
  • Add curry leaves, brokencashews, peanuts. Saute till nuts turn golden brown
  • Add almonds, raisins,turmeric, give all a mix
  • Finally add the roastedoats, and the spices accordingly
  • Add sugar for a balanced flavor
